Sakyong discusses the synonymous quality of relating to one’s day and relating to one’s life. “Something could happen. We should appreciate who we are, what we are. The day, from when we get up to when we go to bed, is what we have and what are we going to do with that day? “So we have a day, it’s a lifetime. What do you want to do in this lifetime?” “Something could happen. We should appreciate who we are, what we are”.
